Allison M. Charette translates mostly fiction by Malagasy authors Michèle Rakotoson, Johary Ravaloson, Naivo, and others. She founded ELTNA.org, a networking and support group for early-career translators, and has received both an NEA Literary Translation Fellowship and a PEN/Heim Translation Fund Grant. Dimitra Nikolaidou received her PhD in English Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki researching Roleplaying Games (RPG) and Speculative Fiction. Her short stories have been featured in venues such as Beneath Ceaseless Skies, See the Elephant, Metaphorosis, Gallery of Curiosities, Starship Sofa, as well as in the anthologies After the Happily Ever After, Nova Hellas, Retellings of the Inland Seas, Ίσως and Αντίθετο Ημισφαίριο.


Victor Pseftakis has an MA in Creative Writing from Kingston University. His short stories have been featured in venues such as Fantasy and Science Fiction, Cossmass Infinities, Metaphorosis and The Colored Lens, as well as in Greek anthologies. His novel Ενυδρία was published in Greek by Ars Nocturna. Works he translated have been published in Lamplight, Metaphorosis, Channel Literary Magazine etc. Along with Dimitra Nikolaidou he’s the founder of the Tales of the Wyrd creative writing workshop.


Toshiya Kamei’s translations have appeared in ClarkesworldThe Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, and Strange Horizons.


Patrick Weill is an experienced commercial translator, a literary translator, and an author. Pat has lived in Mexico with Mexicans since 2005 and he is the chairperson of COTIP, an association for translators and interpreters.


Ken Liu (http://kenliu.name) is an American author of speculative fiction. A winner of the Nebula, Hugo, and World Fantasy awards, he wrote The Dandelion Dynasty, a silkpunk epic fantasy series (starting with The Grace of Kings), as well as The Paper Menagerie and Other Stories and The Hidden Girl and Other Stories. He also authored the Star Wars novel, The Legends of Luke Skywalker.

Prior to becoming a full-time writer, Liu worked as a software engineer, corporate lawyer, and litigation consultant. Liu frequently speaks at conferences and universities on a variety of topics, including futurism, cryptocurrency, history of technology, bookmaking, the mathematics of origami, and other subjects of his expertise.
