Davide Camparsi is a lifelong resident of Verona, Italy. In 2013, he began participating in literary contests, winning that year the XIX Trofeo RiLL, which he won again in 2015 with a story subsequently translated in Spain, South Africa, and Ireland. In the following years, he won various competitions for narrative horror and science fiction. Camparsi has published over thirty stories and novellas along with three novels: L’Angelo dell’Autunno, a fantasy novel; Tre di nessuno, a noir-pulp, and Alessandro Nero, an epic fantasy about the Macedonian leader. In English, his work has been published in the HWA Horror Poetry Showcase Volume III and The Dark magazine, translated from Italian by Michael Colbert.
